How do I pay the ₹500 fee?
Scan the UPI QR code in the form or pay to our UPI ID bharatichangediya@okhdfcbank, then upload the payment screenshot while booking.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Your request is created as ‘pending’. Once we review and approve it, you’ll receive a confirmation email — usually within a day.
What if my preferred slot isn’t available?
If we can’t confirm your chosen time, we’ll email you and help you pick another convenient slot. Any payment can be refunded if needed.
Is my payment screenshot and information secure?
Yes. Uploads are restricted to images/PDF, stored privately, and your details are kept confidential.
Can I choose between Google Meet and WhatsApp video?
Yes. Select your preferred mode in the form. You’ll get the relevant joining details after approval.
